I have 1 room in a newly redecorated and re-carpeted large quiet Victorian house in a residential street with no parking restrictions. I am looking for a single professional (all rooms are occupied singly).

The room which is available is a large double room on the ground floor which is furnished.

Large kitchen diner with dishwasher and sofa and separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The communal bathroom is shared with 2 others and is on the first floor and downstairs toilet.
Beautiful enclosed rear garden including a paved area ideal for barbecues.
The only bills are the gas and electricity which is shared and a share of the cost of the cleaner who comes twice a month.
A friendly cat already lives at the house so we would consider another cat but no dogs.
The house is 5 minutes walk from Gipsy Hill station and 10 minutes walk from Crystal Palace triangle.

I am always available to carry out any repairs.

One month rent as deposit and one month in advance.
