2 minutes from the Crystal Palace Triangle and 5-10 minutes from Crystal Palace rail station.
All the rooms are bright and spacious; including a brilliant kitchen-diner with double-doors leading out to the patio and garden...there is more than enough room for 3 people to live together quite happily and be sociable when they want and have their privacy when they don't!
About the room:
Light, airy and well decorated facing on to the back garden. The room is furnished to a high standard, and has a good quality King-Sized Double bed; a large wardrobe and a tall chest of drawers.

A gay, black lawyer who is a considerate person with an easy going disposition, a wide circle of friends and a busy social life.
I get on well with most people, have a great sense of humour and try to treat others with care and respect. The way we share and live in the house together is by consensus and with consideration for each other, hence, we are a very happy, easy going house and looking forward to having a third to join us!
About my current house-mate:
A 41 year old (straight) professional British male. He is friendly, easy going and considerate.
Our new house-mate:
We would prefer to share with a 35-55 something professional male (gay or straight). For us the most important personal attributes in any new house-mate are a good sense of humour and a considerate and easy going nature; as well as being someone who likes to live in a clean and tidy environment, as we do!...
Note that ALL bills (Council Tax, Water Rates, Broadband as well as the cleaner) are included in the rent. Electricity and Gas bills are, however, NOT included, and need to be paid separately at the end of every Quarter. These bills will of course be divided 'three ways'.
Finally, I am a social smoker but always smoke in the garden and never the house!
