Room in gorgeous flat

Room available in my lovely flat for a friendly, independent person. Length of rental can be flexible.

The room is quiet and peaceful with a double bed. The flat is nicely furnished with a modern kitchen and bathroom, a decent sized lounge and a garden.

I'm a keen runner and love the outdoors, the park and National Sports Centre are on my doorstep. I'm also very social, the Crystal Palace 'triangle' is only a short walk away with fantastic bars and restaurants as well as a large supermarket and independent shops and cafes.

The flat is a few minutes from Crystal Palace train station which offers excellent transport links to central London. The London Overground also operates from here.
