I’m offering a lovely double room in my home for a Monday–Friday let, available any time from 16th Dec into next year (I'm flexible on timings, length of stay etc.).

The room is furnished with a comfy double bed, desk, wardrobe, and storage. I can provide a winter duvet and comfy pillows. The room is quiet, and looks out onto the garden.

The flat is on a quiet, leafy street although minutes away from the restaurants, bars and cafes of Crystal Palace triangle. There's free on street parking too. You’ll have use of a modern kitchen, bathroom, and a cosy living area. It’s a relaxed, friendly home, ideal if you want somewhere calm to come back to after work.

📍 Location: Quiet street, easy <10 min walk to Crystal Palace station, and minutes away from local cafes, park, and shops.
💷 Rent: £635/month (all bills and Wi-Fi included).
🗓️ Available: any time from 16th Dec. Flexible. (Mon–Fri only).

A bit about me - 42 year old social researcher. Friendly, tidy and respectful. I'm fairly quiet and don't tend to have friends over during the week.
