Lovely, bright, quiet double room available with direct access onto the private courtyard terrace.
You will have use of what is practically your own bathroom which is right next to your bedroom (it is the second bathroom so will still be the main bathroom of the house for guests to use etc). Heated towel rail, powerful shower, bath.

The room is unfurnished.

Location is fantastic! 7 mins walk to either Gipsy Hill or Crystal Palace train stations and all the shops/restaurants/bars you will ever need exactly on your doorstep. There is also a beautiful large park 2 mins walk away and the gym for any sporty enthusiasts!
Parking is free in Crystal Palace so you just need to find a space down one of the side roads which will be a short walk away.

Must LOVE cats (and a goldfish!). I have 2 very friendly indoor cats that love people and company.

I am a sporty, active, creative professional that likes to live in a very clean and tidy house so I would like a sharer to do the same and respect the home as I do. It is not a home for parties. I am looking for a fun and bubbly professional who works regular hours, would be amazing to have similar interests!
I'm a PT/ fitness instructor. I used run my own interior design business but fancied a career change so went into the land of health and fitness and not looked back since. I can't sit still and just love being active, I do love to relax when I can though!
