A single room in lovely family home

We are looking to share a room in our lovely 4 bedroom home .furnished, we have got a little dog call Oreo , he is a hyper allergenic dog so he won't give you any allergies..
We prefer a female professional student.
We have got a large garden.
Family living room
kitchen.
One spacious bath room and toilet up stairs to share with my daughter. 19 years old, uni student.
3 bed room upstairs one bedroom downstairs, which I live in with my own en suite.

5 mins to the Penge high street
5 mins to the Aldi
5- 10 mins walk to train station ( Anerley, Crystal palace, Penge east, kent house.
We are living in very central.
Very close to Beckenham, bromley, Croydon, South Norwood, Sydenham, Crystal palace.
