Large Double Room to rent in my flat in Anerley. The flat is in a private building, with off street parking and a large shared garden. The flat has 3 bedrooms, One room in the flat is ensuite, so this room shares a bathroom with one other person only.

Please note, the rent is £850 per month for a single person, £950 per month for a couple.

It is a 5 minute walk to Anerley Station for trains to London Bridge (25 minutes) and overground service to Canada Water for the jubilee line (20 mins). It is also a 12 minute walk to Crystal Palace Station for trains to Victoria (30 minutes) and Clapham Junction (19 minutes).

There is high speed unlimited broadband, and a shared living room.

The kitchen has all amenities including dishwasher and microwave. There is a cleaner who comes every other week which is included in the price, as is all bills.
