Big double room Anerley/Crystal Palace

Hello, I am a 34 year old professional who mostly works from home; I might go into the office once or twice a week.

Other things about me. I am single, have pals and a big family in London. A fairly busy person with a life and a network. I try my best to stay active - running and gym classes etc. I like a drink and a good time but I am far from a ‘party animal’ and I wouldn't be bringing strangers home after a night out - I expect the same from the person I share my home with.

I am looking for a like-minded easy going and tidy flatmate who won't necessarily be around the full week. So ideally a Monday - Friday let or shorter. Price displayed is for Monday-Friday monthly let.

Its a decent sized double room with a big window. Newly painted/decorated, the room comes furnished with a double bed, a set of drawers, and a place to hang clothes. A bonus of this room, I think is the fact that I have an ensuite, and therefore the room I am looking to rent out basically comes with its own bathroom since I hardly use it.

The flat is a good size. Kitchen/living, big staircase/hallway with separate utility room/cupboard for washing machine.

I have no complaints about my neighbours. There is a young family on the ground floor and a single guy on the second floor. We are on the top floor.

Transport links are pretty good. One minute from Anerley Station and about 12/13 minutes walk from Crystal Palace/Penge East.

Lots of amenities within walking distance; cafes, pubs, post office, supermarkets and green spaces.

There is free parking on Minden road.
