The flat is located a short walking distance to a bus stop (10 seconds from building front door) and two train stations taking you into London bridge/Victoria, Brighton etc via Thameslink, Gatwick express, London over ground and Tram Link (5-10 minutes’ walk without bus).

Transport Information

Anerley is served by London buses routes N3, 75, 157, 197, 249, 354, 358 432 and bus 356. The 432 now terminates at Anerley Bus stand, behind the Station on Anerley Station Road.

* Anerley railway station, London overground and Southern operate trains to London Bridge and East Croydon or West Croydon

* Birkbeck station, Southern also operate from Birkbeck to London Bridge and London Victoria

* Birkbeck station (Tramlink), TFL operate from Birkbeck to Beckenham Junction and Croydon.

Rules you should follow when sharing
* Pay your bills on time, (any subscription etc you have coming to the flat). ...
* Do your fair share. (Cleaning)...
* Report any problems. ...
* Make friends. ...
* Keep it clean (don’t leave dirty dishes on the side for a week)
* Organise the bills! (Lol they are included)

Security

A general agreement between us that all doors and windows are locked when you are out of the flat! I have a ring doorbell for the flat door and Entrance to the building, you will have access also you just have to download the Ring app and register.

Visitors

Make sure you let your me know if you plan on having visitors over and I will do the same. If you plan on having a few drinks or a bite to eat, clean up after yourselves. Don’t leave things lying around that will make me frustrated. (That is for both of us).

Pets

Not everyone thinks pets are cute. But I do and dogs are very welcome as long as they are house trained! If you plan on bringing a new furry friend into the flat, make sure you have a conversation with me. You wouldn’t want me to bring home a pet to find out you don’t approve, or have an allergy!

About me

I am studying and working full time as a Commercial Director for the UK and NI for a construction company, I generally work from my office, rarely WFH and infrequently visit my head office in Ireland for a week at a time.

I’m a regular smoker, sociable, happy, out going, adventurous, easy going, a photographer, world traveler and car enthusiast.

I’m out a lot with work and friends but don’t mind enjoying a glass of wine together and or food together.

I don’t want to co exist as complete strangers. If you are looking for just a room and pretty much just live in there, this Flatshare is not for you.
