Room moments from Crystal Palace Park & stations

We are a couple who have a beautiful, light double room overlooking the garden in a lovely, spacious, warm double-fronted 3-floor Victorian house, moments from Crystal Palace Park and train stations. We already have one lodger and are looking for a second. Until end of December we have our daughter and Chilean boyfriend living with us too which is fun. All bills are included.
A newly refurbished bathroom and living room with TV are shared only with the other lodger. There is a desk in the bedroom but also a table in the living room which could be used as a workspace (we have our own living room and bathroom). We have a big, light, well-equipped kitchen with gadgets such as a dual air-fryer. We have a lovely garden.
Great location - one minute walk to Penge West station (East London line - Canada Water 18 mins), 7 minutes to Penge East station (trains to Brixton tube (12mins) & Victoria (19 mins); 10 mins to Crystal Palace station (trains to London Bridge, Victoria and Balham/Clapham Junction).
Two-minutes to Crystal Palace Park with its wonderful Sunday food market. Great cafes and bakeries only moments away (Blackbird, Chatsworth etc).
