We’ve a spacious two-bedroom maisonette two minute’s walk from Crystal Palace Park. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, in-built wardrobes and en suite bathroom with a shower. The cost includes a cleaner who comes every two weeks.
The house is an end terrace with a private garden and patio with free on street parking outside the property. Inside we have a decent size living/dining room and separate kitchen including breakfast bar, dishwasher and washing machine. We have high-speed WIFI and good coverage throughout the house.
We are professionals in our in our late 30s and early 40s. Sociable and down-to-earth; we keep the house clean and tidy and both of us appreciate a relaxing atmosphere at home.
Please note we are looking for people who don't work from home. We are happy to consider someone looking for a place Monday to Friday only at a lower monthly rate.
All bills are included - cleaner, TV licence, council tax, electricity, gas and wifi.
