Located on a quiet residential street 7 min walk to Crystal Palace station in one direction and 5 mins to Crystal Palace park in the other. Free on-street parking. The main entrance is shared with two other flats. To the rear is a large shared garden complete with mature trees and fish pond – perfect for relaxing on a warm summer evening.

I’m looking for a professional person or couple to occupy the master bedroom overlooking the garden. The room has a high quality double bed, new large wardrobe and chest of drawers. You’ll also have use of the modern bathroom with bathtub and shower, a spacious living / dining room and fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are wonderfully airy due to high ceilings. The flat is fully furnished including TV and appliances. There’s a desk and desk chair should you be working from home.

The second bedroom will not be rented out and is not in use. Therefore, you will have the apartment for yourself. I’m looking for a tidy, considerate person who likes their own space and is respectful of the flat and furniture. Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the flat or communal areas. Sorry, no pets either.

If you’re not already familiar with Crystal Palace, it’s a vibrant mix of young professionals and families. There’re plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby (including a wine bar and craft beer pub just around the corner). On Sundays there’s a fantastic farmers’ market in the park.
All bills and council tax are included (fair usage applies). For couples there will be an additional £75 per month to cover increased bills.
