Since I’m moving to Dublin, I’m looking for someone to take over my room to July (5 months).
The room is spacious, featuring a lovely balcony and access to an underground car park. It comes with a private toilet and a large king-size bed. The apartment comes with an underground car park.
You’ll be sharing the flat with Gavin, a Java developer. He’s very quiet, doesn’t have any bad habits, and enjoys cooking, baking, and playing the piano.
This area is really quiet and safe. just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the closest overground station, Anerley or Crystal Palace train station. You will love to stay here.
The bill isn’t included. Extra bill will be £160 (in clues council tax, electric, gas, water and internet)
