We’ll share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

- Includes a 3-seater sofa, TV, dining table, coffee table, and bookshelves.
- There’s a built-in closet under the stairs, which is perfect for extra storage
Private Garden:
- Large, well-maintained garden with a spacious, lockable shed.
Available Bedroom:
- The double bedroom is unfurnished, giving you the freedom to furnish it as you like.
About Me:
I’m a 48-year-old professional who enjoys a balanced, considerate, and peaceful lifestyle. I don’t work from home and would prefer to find someone who isn’t solely working remotely either, so we can both enjoy the shared spaces equally. I am a cheerful person who values emotional intelligence, mindful communication, respect, and care in interactions and personal space.
As I manage the flat on behalf of the landlord, I handle rent and bills payment through a shared app, which we can both track as needed.
What I’m Looking For:
- Gender/Identity: LGBTQ+ people only (males and females)
- Professionals only (no students or couples, sorry).
- Pets not allowed, sorry again.
- Outdoor smoking is fine.
