Looking to rent out our spare room for a short term or part time tenant from now until January 2026. Both work in finance, so ideally looking for another professional.

We have a bright semi-detached Victorian home with on-street parking, walking distance to three stations (Penge West Station 3 mins, Penge East 8 mins and Crystal Palace 13 mins). Trains run to London Bridge and Victoria in 15 minutes- perfect for getting to the city.

You will find the large furnished double bedroom upstairs with the king size bed looking out into the garden. Garden backs onto the Crystal Palace overground line.

Room had an adjustable sitting-standing desk and screen if you need to work remotely. Plenty of storage space with two built in wardrobes.

Upstairs has a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. Downstairs has two living rooms, spacious open plan kitchen with access to the garden, a second toilet and utility room with washer and dryer.

Kitchen comes will all the appliances: two ovens, dishwasher, toaster, cafetier, blender, InstaPot, Cuisinart ice cream maker. TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, AppleTV, BBC iPlayer.
