Large dbl bedroom in duplex w/ friendly cats

Hi. I have a large double bedroom available in a duplex apartment.

Room is the larger room out of the two and is on the upper floor, allowing a little escape and privacy should you want it. Room is furnished with double bed frame, new mattress, chair and foot stool, chest of drawers, mirror, fitted double wardrobe. Happy for whoever moves in to (within reason) make the space their own.

Apartment is 650sq ft. Open plan living room and kitchen with high ceilings. Shared bathroom (Hello Klean shower head included).

I've just moved in, so still adding the finishing touches, but has all the essentials: large TV, internet, Netflix, microwave, oven, kettle, washer/dryer, hoover, iron etc etc.

I like to keep everything as clutter free, clean, and cosy so looking to live with someone who likes to keep everything that way too so we can just maintain a nice living space without needing to make a fuss out of assigning chores or asking each other to do dishes etc etc.

I have two very friendly pet cats: Melly and Penny. They love to talk and cuddle. Would like whoever moves in to like animals/cats as they will definitely want to make friends with you.

Happy for whoever moves in to occasionally have friends over, but it's definitely not a party place. Other than that, someone friendly, independent, non-smoker, professional is all I'm looking for really. Open to full-time or part-time roommate, but rent would be the same either way.

A bit about me. I've lived and worked in a few places: London, Vancouver, Dubai. I'm in a long distance relationship so some months I'm at home, other times I travel quite a lot. When I travel, I do have a cat sitter come round to check on the cats.

Bills are included in the rent: internet, council tax, gas, electric, water.

Location wise, apartment is in Anerley Hill right next to Chatsworth Bakehouse, round the corner from Anerley Station, down the road from Crystal Palace station, and walking distance to Crystal Palace park and Church Road.
