Double room in Crystal Palace

I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in this 2 bed flat in Crystal Palace from the 1st of November! Looking for someone (female preferred) who is neat, sociable, communicative, and likes to keep the home a relaxed and comfortable space.

The flat is furnished to a high standard, with high ceilings and loads of natural light. There’s also a communal garden and parking slot included. Good travel links from London Overground and National Rail services from Crystal Palace, Penge West and Penge East stations, all a 10 min walk. Short walk to Crystal Palace triangle, with loads of hip cafes, restaurants, pubs, and a cinema. Crystal Palace Park is just across the road, lovely park where they hold festivals during the summer.

A bit about me: my name is Maylin, I’m 27 and I work in film and TV, 2-3 days a week from home. I’m quite relaxed and social, I enjoy going out for gigs, dancing, artsy events, nature walks, and I also enjoy a quiet night in. Bonus points if we have any interests in common.
