We have 1 large double bedroom for rent in Brooklyn House (10 mins walk to Crystal Palace station, 5 mins to Anerley station, both served by overground and frequent trains to London Bridge and Victoria stations). The flat:
- is spacious, peaceful & tidy,
- Has all new mods & cons, modern bathroom (with showerbath), downstairs cloakroom, WIFI broadband and a residents parking,
- is in close neighbourhood to a massive Crystal Palace park, the sports centre and pubs & restaurants of Crystal Palace.

The room has been freshly painted and has a double bed with a bedside table, plenty of storage in a floor to ceiling cupboard and an additional bookshelf. This is a big room and will fit a lot of personal items. Please note that there is no shared lounge area in the flat.

About the other flatmates: 3 guys (British, Polish & Hungarian). All nice and friendly people, which makes it an peaceful place to live in.

Please note that for everyone’s comfort, we are looking for an individual and not for a couple, professionals/students only.

1 month rent and 1 month deposit required on moving in. The rent for the room is £750 and it includes all bills and a bi-weekly cleaner.

6 months minimum stay.
