ROOM TO RENT FROM MAY 14: I have a single fully furnished room soon to be available. As I would be moving out. The rent will be - £713.33 per calendar month (all bills are included as well as council tax, weekly cleaning and broadband).

Communal kitchen and toilet are share with the current flat mate. Wonderful flat mate who don’t mind having a chat when you see each other. Bedrooms are located on the bottom floor with a L shape like, which have a fair amount of space in the room for all your belongings. Can refer to the picture.

DLR train and buses are the closest transportation you can get around. With quite a few bus stop around the area and a 10 min walk to Crossharbour DLR station.

Nisa Local - 2 - 3 minutes walk
Tesco express - 5 - 8 minutes walk
Crossharbour station - 10 minutes walk
Cubbit town school bus station - 2 minutes walk
