We are 4 students looking for one more housemate, must be a student, in a 12 month tenancy starting 31st August. Must have a uk guarantor (earns 35k a year) if not will be required to pay 6 months rent upfront (£6000) in addition to the security deposit of £1100 and the first months rent of £1100. Room is on the first floor, spacious and furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. This room has the benefit of a large balcony plus a spacious shared bathroom with another roomate. Free access to concierge, indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and game room down the road from us. Zone 2 London. Transport links: Island gardens dlr 4 min walk, 15 min walk to Cutty Sark through foot tunnel. Bus stops 2 min walk which can get you to Tottenham court road or Dalston Junction. Huge variety of transport options for everyday life!
