Hi! I’ve got a double bedroom available in a smoke-free and pet-free house. The room’s on the ground floor, right by the entrance — perfect if you like your own space and privacy.

You’ll have access to the kitchen, dining room, garden, and washing machine.

Parking is available for an extra charge, but spaces are limited (only two). If those are taken, you’ll need to sort a permit, which isn’t included in the rent.

The house is in a friendly family area, walking distance from bus stops, shops, takeaways, parks, a leisure centre, and the DLR, so it’s really easy to get around.

Couples are considered as well.

A deposit is required (amount can be discussed).
