I am moving out back to my family home and need a replacement tenant to take over my tenancy ASAP which continues until 27th September, with the option to extend with the estate agent.
It’s a lovely modern, spacious semi-detached house with an open plan kitchen /living room and 4 other sociable, easy going and respectful house mates:
Tom - Recent masters grad and joining Sandhurst academy soon
Sylas - Working in Tech
Tab - Lived in New York before London and works in fashion
Lee - Works in the private equity industry
The room is the largest in the house and on the ground floor. You would be sharing the a bathroom / waterfall shower with only one other girl, however there is another bathroom upstairs.
- Kitchen is very open and spacious with everything you could ever need including a washing machine, dryer, new kettle, toaster, spacious fridge freezer with ice dispenser, gas cooker and more than enough cupboard space.
- Cleaner every 2 weeks for shared spaces is included in the rent, however rest assured we keep things clean all the time.
- Garden / patio area
- Brand new Sky Fibre Optic WiFi which is included in the rent and great if you work from home.
- All bills are included (WiFi, water, council tax etc.) except gas and electric which typically is only £10-30 extra per month (depending on the month)
- The estate agent has a new property management online system which is great for raising tickets for anything requiring maintenance and is normally addressed very quickly.
The house is about 6-7 mins from Prince Regent DLR and 10 mins to Custom House Elizabeth Line so you can get into central London in around 20-25 mins. There is also a bus stop 3 mins from the house which is great for travelling around the surrounding area and will take you directly to Stratford, Canning Town, Woolwich etc.
If you take the room you will need to pay the first month’s rent plus deposit
I will refer you to the estate agent who will conduct the relevant checks and paper work.
