Hi All,

My fixed term contract is coming to an end and I’ve decided to move out of London . So I need to find a replacement tenant asap. As the contract ends the 22nd October.

The room in question is a single room for £630 per month without bills
Depending on the month with bills in included I would be paying between £745 (summer months)- £760 (winter months).
This includes council tax, electric, wifi and water
Tax Band C
With Deposit approximately £700

The flat is located 8mins walk from Custom House station (Lizzie Line)
Just under a 5mins walk to Royal Victoria station (DLR)
And around 15mins walk to Canning Town station but there are buses that can get you there in like 5mins.

You would be living with one other person, Lily who wants Monday to Friday and is home most evening. Kitchen, bathroom and living room is shared and there is a small baloney.

The room itself only comes with a single bed, which can pull out to a double if needed. With a built in cupboard. The shared areas of the flat are furnished.

You will have a contract with L&Q and they require references for you to be able to rent with them.
