I am going away for Christmas and renting out my cozy room. One of my flatmates will be around during this time. We are looking for someone who’s friendly, easygoing, and values a comfortable, clean space. If you're someone who appreciates a relaxed environment, enjoys the occasional night out but doesn’t bring the party home, we’ll probably get along great!

🏠 £1300 per month is all inclusive of rent, wifi, council tax (Band F), utility bills (excluding heating) and cleaning fee afterwards. Security deposit of £700. £500 of which is deductible from the total. £200 is security for any damages.

Room is available for rent beginning January to mid-Feb. Rent will be adjusted accordingly if renting for more than 30 days.
