Single bedroom close to transport links - East Lon

Small yet cozy and compact single bed and bedroom located near Prince regent DLR Station, Elizabeth line, bus stops and airport. Very easy to commute or travel into London central and has resturants and amennities nearby.

The room is small but very cozy and has everything you need.
The bathroom is shared and is opposite your room.

There is currently two people living here full time. My mum in her late 60's and myself 30 years old. We are quiet, friendly and enjoy our own space but love to chat and get to know new people.

We have a decent garden, with covered pergola, pond and seating areas that you may use anytime.

We allow access and use of kitchen, garden and the bathroom and your bedroom but like to keep the living room off limits so mum has her own space to relax in.

She does smoke in the living room but keeps the other areas of the house smoke free so if you are really sensitive to ciggarette smoke it may not be suitable.

we also have 2 friendly cats

We are hoping to have a lodger stay with us for mid-long term (minimum 1 month) and are figuring out our counxil tax band and pricing for when we start taking in a lodger beginning 1st jan 2026. So if you need somewhere to stay from the 1st Jan we can finalize pricings before you come stay.
