Flat is located on second floor through communal entry door system and stairs (no lifts)
Parking will need to be paid for in parking bays or park up the road from Flat if you want to save .
5 minute walk from custom house station . Only 20 minutes from main London.
I will consider couples, but price will be increased to £800 and deposit to (400)
Current occupant (Romanian ) is easy to get on with Who’s been there for years.
Smoking allowed outside only but don’t mind vaping in your own room .
