Double room with rooftop balcony on lizzie line

Unfortunately I have to move out of this beautiful duplex that has become my home due to a new job :( I will be moving end of December so looking for someone to move in around then/January 1st.

There are Insaaanely good connection links, Custom House is a 3 minute walk, which is just ten mins on Elizabeth Line to Liverpool Street, or 4 mins to Canary Wharf!

•The Set Up•
We are 3 working professionals, 2 guys and a girl.

•The Apartment•
The apartment is 185sqm, with the bedrooms downstairs and the HUGE open plan living/dining room upstairs. We have a pantry, balcony, pool table, outdoor seating, open plan kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher etc and concierge. The room is furnished with bed, chest, wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom is shared with only one person.

•About the people•
Social, friendly and easy going household. Everyone loves music with one of us producing music (melodic techno) in his spare time. Not late at night though, but bonus points if you’re a music lover or producer too! As we all work in the mornings we’re not a rowdy house, and everyone is very chilled out, likes to keep things tidy and clean up after using things. We like things like, spending time with friends and each other, snowboarding, wakeboarding, gym, hiking, gigs, and good food & wine. Languages spoken are English, German, Spanish and French.

•What We’re Looking For•
Working professional, who is friendly, tidy, easy going and with a dark sense of humour ideally! If you’re into music, food, or adventure sports even better.

•Bills & Referencing•
You will be formally on the contract thus subject to referencing via the agency. Bills- Council tax, fibre optic, electric, water total monthly pp £150 extra
