Hi I’m Poorvaja and I am looking for a female flatmate to replace my current flatmate from the end of March 2026.

- 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom house on the 7th floor
- Accessible by 2 lifts
- Spacious living room and semi-closed kitchen plan
- Furnished house (except personal kitchen utensils)
- Single bedroom and large separate bathroom available for renting
- Newly upgraded washing machine + dryer, microwave, and fridge in 2025
- Dishwasher in the kitchen
- Rent: 1100 per month
- Bills: ~200 in the winter and lesser in summer
- Gym included in rent (Ground floor of apartment)

In and around the house:
- 2 Nisa Locals on ground floor of building
- Tesco: <1 min walk
- Elizabeth line & DLR (Custom house station): <7 min walk
- DLR (Royal Docks station): <3 min walk
- London cable car: <1 min walk
- Excel London: <7 min walk
- Close to the water with a great view of O2 and Canary Wharf - great for runs and night walks
- Canning town, Lidl, Morrisons: ~20 min walk

Details about me:
I am a 28 year old Indian working in Sustainability. I am in office 3 days a week and wfh the rest of the days. I love cooking and keeping the house clean and tidy. I enjoy an occasional dinner and movie nights in together and step out frequently to meet my friends. Loud music and parties are not a vibe of the house!

I’m looking for a flatmate who can also keep the house tidy and be respectful of each other’s space and needs.
