🌿 Lovely, Furnished Room in Custom House – Looking for a Lodger (Working Professional, Animal Lover) 🏡

Hey everyone!

We’re looking for the right person to move into the second bedroom in our cosy home from Monday 15 June until the end of September (however we can be somewhat flexible on this if you need to move out earlier). Best suited to women/LGBTQI+ individuals who are kind, respectful, and love animals.

This is a single occupant agreement with 30 days’ notice from either party.

✨ A little about us:

We’re a couple, recently turned 31 both working professionals – easy-going, LGBTQ+, and proud parents to a sweet senior whippet who takes his naps very seriously. We’ve put a lot of care into making our house a calm and happy place, and we’re hoping to find someone who’ll treat it the same way.

🏡 About the space:

• Small double room in a recently renovated 2-bedroom house
• Bed (ottoman small double), mattress, chest of drawers, and wardrobe provided
• South-facing garden – perfect for your morning coffee or some afternoon sun
• Dedicated off-street parking space included at no extra cost
• Peaceful spot right opposite Beckton Park
• 15 minute walk to Custom House (Elizabeth Line – 1 stop to Canary Wharf!)
• Bus stop conveniently located a stone’s throw from the front door
• Close to 3 DLR stations
• We’re open to someone with a well-behaved dog, as long as they get along with our whippet. Please note that our dog is unfortunately not cat-friendly.

💷 Rent:

£800 per month, all bills included.
