Duplex 2 floor apartment, double room available

Hey! We have a bedroom going in our apartment.

It’s a duplex so the top floor is open plan lounge and kitchen, crazy amount of space upstairs. There’s a pantry for additional food storage too, and two fridges. We have a private balcony with seating and bbq too! Sun hits nicely in the daytime and the upstairs has loads of glass to let daylight through.

Downstairs we have 3 bedrooms.

One will be yours,

One will be mine (Dylan, 27, video director working in branded content and music videos). I like going to the gym, eating good, skateboarding, drawing, art, dnb, rap, streetwear etc. Originally from Nottingham.

And the others is Sam’s (rigger who works at excel). He loves water sports, wakeboarding - there is a place near us for wakeboarding which is quite cool! He’s from Spain so he visits back for a week when he has time.

I have my own office and Sam works on site so it’s a pretty quiet house in the daytime. We’re looking for someone who can treat this place like a home and be friends - but we value personal space and have our own things going on too.

We are next to ExCeL Centre so the Elizabeth line and DLR are both a 1 min walk away. Can be in Tottenham Court Road in less than 20 mins. We also have car parking round the back - additional fee from landlord.

Me and sam are pretty chilled guys, looking for someone who is clean, friendly and good vibes!

Room is 930 and bills are around 150 (totalling average 1080).

Looking for someone to move at the end of June! Long term only (12 months with renewal)
