Double bedroom in custom house

Hi
I live on my own at near custom house and prince regent DLR stations.
I work for an investment bank so hardly home, but I like to keep my house clean and tidy.
I have a spare double bed room to let.
Prefer to live with a female; your partner can only stay limited times sorry house rules.
I usually cycle into London over the weekend. Mon, Tue and Wed I'm usually busy with wing chun class and badminton. On Sunday I like going to Shoreditch market. Mon to Thur I might not get time to sit and chat with my flat mate but over the weekend happy to get to know each other. If that means driving or cycling into London so we can get lunch and few drinks that would be great.
