Bright double room in the heart of Dalston ASAP

I am looking for someone to move into my lovely and bright double room in a flatshare with three truly amazing flatmates.

Our flat is located in the heart of vibrant Dalston and within 5 minutes walking distance of both Haggerston and Dalston Junction Station; 10 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland Station (quick link to Highbury and Islington and speedy travel to zone 1 via Victoria and Jubilee Lines). With further bus connections a stone's throw away from our door (243 Waterloo via Shoreditch, 149 London Bridge via Liverpool Street, 242 Tottenham Court Road via Holborn, 67 Aldgate), excellent transport links will get you pretty much anywhere.


The room is a sunny and nicely-sized double facing the flat’s roof terrace and comes with a chest of drawers, a small desk and coatrack.

The shared kitchen and living room area is very spacious and light-flooded and features washing machine, microwave, mini grill, oven and gas stove and generally is a wonderful place to cook relax and hang out. You will share your bathroom (shower and bath) with only one of my lovely flatmates, as the other two are sharing a bathroom of their own. Our large decked roof terrace is a delight in the summer, ideal for lush summer evenings, BBQs and sunny brunches or simply tanning away.

The area is great, with coffee shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, charity shops and both a post office and pharmacy next doors. You can go for a run by the canal while London fields (lido) and Broadway Market or Victoria Park are in very short walking distance.

The current flatmates are absolutely fabulous, all professional males in their mid/late twenties working full time (web developer, IT security), who are always a joy to be around and spend time with. We all do our own thing, but love to hang out, have a glass of wine or update each other on life while cooking.

The rent for the room is £595 plus approx. £61 bills (SKY broadband, council tax, energy, gas). The deposit is one and a half month's rent £885.

No smoking allowed in the house (but ok on terrace).
