Lovely double room available in a beautiful flat to share in the heart of vibrant Dalston.
You will be sharing the apartment with a female artist (age 36).

the lounge areas lead to the external patio/garden, (with heated lamps).
There is also a lovely kitchen “American style” that together with the lounge area make a great space.

Cleaner coming every 2 weeks

The flat is located in a quite road few minutes away from restaurants/shops/bars and all amenities that Dalston can offer. (Large 24hour grocery shop on the corner).

Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction train stations are just 3-5 minutes away.
Bus stop - (just on the corner by Beyond Retro) Buses towards shoreditch/Liverpool Street
Buses towards Angel/kings cross/town.

You would be sharing the house with 2 gorgeous Devon Rex, they are very affectionate.
A real CAT LOVER is a must!!

The room charge is £900 Per calendar month and all bills are included + weekly cleaner.

Ideally I Am looking for a cool person to share the space with... that likes sharing a drink , ( as red wine it’s always in the kitchen ,) and a chat but also respect the privacy.
