We are looking for a new flatmate (no couples) to take over a large ensuite double room in Dalston. The apartment is on the third floor with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room/kitchen. The apartment is less than 5 mins from Dalston Kingsland and 10 mins from Dalston Junction.

The room comes with a double bed and mattress. There are two built-in closets, so there is plenty of storage space. And you have your own bathroom.

You will be sharing the flat with two female professionals.

Bills are not included and come to approximately £80 per month. The deposit is £930

Move-in-date is 14 December 2018. However, an earlier move-in-date may be negotiable, if required.
