I'm looking for two housemates to join me in signing a new lease in this loft style apartment. It's a 3 bedroom 4th floor apartment above Beyond Retro in Dalston.
Currently, my friends live here and have introduced me to the landlord to sign a new 12 month lease.
Majority of the furniture will remain in the house so it will look as it does in the pictures. The rooms have the option to come furnished or unfurnished.
The Flat:
The flat has wooden floorboards throughout, open plan living room, fully fitted kitchen and double glazed windows and gets lots of light all year round. Includes large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The Rooms:
There are 2 bedrooms available. Both include the option of coming furnished/unfurnished with items supplied by the rental agency free of charge. See the pictures for more details.
The Area:
The apartment sits on the top floor of a modern converted warehouse building above Beyond Retro at the very beginning of Stoke Newington Road. The area has a large range of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars.
Everything you need is within a 5 minute radius. There is a bus stop at the front of the apartment block (67, 761 49, 243) and both Dalston Kingsland and Junction are a 5 minute walk. The neighbourhood is lively and safe. One of the best places to live. The building is filled with young professionals and creatives.
About Me:
I'm Australian and have been living in London for 2+ years. I work in advertising, am house proud, like to get out and about and enjoy London. I travel often and consider myself easy to get along with. I'm looking for like minded people to enjoy the flat with.
About You:
I'm looking for people who are easy going, who will fit in with the typical 9-5 routine, has a stable job, can pay bills on time and do their part around the house to keep it a fun and enjoyable place to live - basically people who have their shit together.
The flat isn't for someone who is looking to party. There are plenty of places to get out to within the area for a drink.
Ideally looking to share with one male and one female.
Costs:
Room 1 - £800 PCM
Room 2 =£900 PCM
Cost includes rent, water, council tax, electricity & gas, Netflix.
Costs that would sit outside of this would be internet and cleaner which could agreed once all moved in.
