We are looking for a new flatmate to join our chilled, spacious flatshare with THREE bathrooms (!) right in the middle of Dalston. There is no deposit required for this room. The rent is £480 per month

The room is a good size with a double bed and fully furnished. There are three bathrooms between four flatmates so no jostling for bathroom required! We also have an open-plan kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher) and a refurbished living room. The flat is on the top floor of the property, so it's nice and quiet away from the main high street.

The location is in the middle of Dalston which is a great area with loads of bars, restaurants and pubs. We live a 5 minute walk from Dalston Junction and Haggerston stations on the overground. We are three young professionals ranging from late twenties to early thirties.

The flat is a relaxed atmosphere and we all like to chill and watch TV together when we are in in the week. The flat has a really good vibe and we all like going for drinks on weekends, as well as each having our own things going on.
