The apartment is on 4th floor finished to very high standards, with 2 bathrooms and a large dining / living area.
The large balcony is great for lunches and evening drinks.

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves.

Current occupants in the other 2 rooms are both professionals (1 Italian & 1 Irish) that like staying in and likewise getting out and about.

Bills are included with the exception of:-
1. cleaning supplies -approx £5-£10 pcm (paid in cash ad-hoc when required)
2. the cleaner (returning once safe to do so post covid) - approx £15 pcm
3. Given current energy prices the water heating, heating and electicity are divided between the 3 occupants (and any price hikes) approx £40
