We're looking for a sublettor for the months between early July to end of September. It's double room in a lovely and sunny two bedroom flat with one other roommate. Located on a leafy street, the space has large windows, high ceilings, and comes fully furnished. Flat 850 per month, with bills included! We're ideally looking for somebody to sublet for 3 months.

The bedroom itself comes with all the furnishings pictured! The apartment is around a five minute walk from two Overground stations, with walking access to loads of bus lines as well. We're located between the Dalston High Street and Newington Green,. Great shops, bars, and restaurants are just around the corner, as well as several parks.

The flatmate is a young creative professional, 24 yrs old, female, working 9 to 7 hours.

Kitchen comes with microwave, washing machine, and oven/stovetop.

5 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland Overground
7 minute walk to Dalston Junction Overground
2 minute walk to nearest off-license, laundrette, cafe.
Several grocery stores within 5 minute walking distance.
