Small single room

Hi there,

I am sadly leaving my great friends and our beautiful house after almost 3 years.

The house is located between Dalston, Angel and Shoreditch with loads of shop, pub and restaurant as you can imagine...

The room itself is VERY small but airy and bright, thanks to the decent size window, hence it's up for single occupancy. There is though a very good size living room, two bathrooms, kitchen and massive garden which is perfect for spring and summer when the weather allows.

Rent is 286£ pm
Bills are 83£ pm
Move-in date: 30th June

We are only looking for professionals and housemates are interior designer, architect and journalist. Simply awesome people who are easy going and down to earth, also up for going out every now and then.
