Beautiful Two Bed Flat Near London Fields

This flat, lovingly called ‘The Pink Palace’ is an absolutely dreamy place to live and I’m hoping to find someone likeminded, respectful and super clean & tidy to live with. It’s a gorgeous flat with a big pink sofa, plenty of living room space, marble bathroom and rose gold finishings just about everywhere.

The bedroom up for grabs (pictured) is the master bedroom of the flat, it’s spacious and has great storage too with a double mirror wardrobe built in.

Hoping to find someone who enjoys a good tv series/glass of wine from time to time but also likes their own space too! No absolute party animals please 😊 and someone who is respectful on weeknights too!

The bills are not included but it tends to be approx (per person):

22 electricity
69 council tax
20 WiFi
And water is quarterly about £45 total bill.

The tenancy runs out in February so hoping to find someone who may want to stay on after that too 😊

Also to mention the flat is very close to sooo many gorgeous bars and restaurants, my favourite - Broadway Market is about a 10 min walk away. And there is a GP practice and leisure centre on the same street too, such a great location! The flat is also super secure and safe.

The move in date is also flexible so if you can move in sooner then we can discuss that too!
