Flatmate Wanted !

Hello,

We are looking for someone to rent a single room in the house available from 1st of August 2020.

You will be living with a girl and a couple. We are open-minded people who like to share food and time but also respect each other privacy. All of us are professionals (from IT through HR to Architecture) working in London. In our spare time, we like to chill in the living room, go for a bike trip or explore the area which is offering so many attractions.
We are looking for someone who will fit into our house and share the same values.

The house has three floors and the available bedroom is on the top floor. The room is furnished with a bathroom next door (sink, toilet and bath) which will be shared with other person living on the top floor. The middle floor has another bathroom and that's were a common area, living room and balcony, is located. A balcony is quite big and the lovely Clissold park is a short walk away! 1st floor is dedicated to a kitchen with a big table and washing machine.

The contract is for at least 6 months and then it can be extended. The bills are in addition to rent and are for council tax, electricity and gas, water and broadband. These are approximately 80£ in the winter and lower in the summer (around 60£).

The house is a short 5-minute walk to Dalston Kingsland station and an 8-minute walk to Dalston Junction. We are 30 seconds from Kingsland Road, which has lots of great restaurants, bars, shops and a great cinema.

The biggest priorities for us are to find someone who we get along with, who is clean and respectful of the house. Preferably professionals between 25-35 year old.

The house is very well kept and we hope to find someone who will love to live there as much as we do.
