There are 3 storeys to the house, high ceilings, original features, lots of character, nice kitchen & living room, and a sunny back garden.
The room is available from January 1st 2026.
PLEASE NOTE:
1) This room comes with a double bed and mattress, shelving unit, free standing clothes rack and mirror above fireplace.
2) All bills are included in the list price inc wifi.
3) Contract is 3 month minimum stay with a month to month roll on.
4) We're not considering couples I'm afraid.
The location is ideal, it's on one of the nicest, safest streets in Dalston, a 1 minute walk from the main high street, buses and the 2 overground stations, so no stresses getting home at night.
The street feels quiet and residential but at the same time is only a stone's throw from the rich bustle of Dalston high street and all it's flavours.
It’s also only a 10-20 minute walk into London Fields, Hoxton Canal, Stoke Newington & Shoreditch etc!
The available room is super spacious, high ceilings, victorian features, fireplace and is located on the ground floor at the back of the house overlooking the garden. Next to it, you'll find the toilet and the back door out to the garden.
You will be sharing the house with Thanos (m) & Sam (m). They are super nice professional people. They enjoy all the usuals like dinners, a few drinks, relaxing at home, while working hard in their respective careers. They are easy going and will be keen to meet and welcome you.
To explain the layout of the house:
Walk in from the street, up the raised steps, to the ground floor. Enter the hallway, then on the right is the shared lounge overlooking the street with a dining table, sofa, tv, working gas fireplace, large bay window etc. It's a nice space to cosy up or have dinner.
The ground floor bedroom is at the back of the house overlooking the garden.
On the landing, as you go up the first stairs is the communal bathroom with a toilet, sink, bath and shower. This bathroom will be shared officially by everyone (but the ground floor has its own toilet with a sink and the top floor has full ensuite with a shower as mentioned).
Up the stairs on the first floor is a beautifully fitted kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, a wine fridge, small dining table/chairs (and all the usuals) overlooking the garden. I know, first-floor kitchen!? It’s how some Victorian houses were re-designed.
Then next to the kitchen off the landing, there is a bedroom overlooking the street.
The top floor of the house is a bedroom and full ensuite bathroom built into the roof line.
We have a back garden as mentioned, it gets a lot of light and we welcome anyone who enjoys making this space nice. It's perfect for the summer month bbq's with friends. There is also a shed for tools etc out there.

Bills are included as detailed in the ad, including gas, water, electric, council tax and broadband. So all in.
We would like the house to be occupied by like-minded people, who are respectful of each other, easy-going and communicative with others.
This is not a party house, it’s more of a home for professionals who work hard and like the confidence of having relaxation time at home, and who are open to discussing what works for each other and figuring it all out in a respectful manner.
