Hi guys, I'll be travelling for the month of December and possibly January, thus looking to SUBLET my entire fully-furnished, bright one-bedroom apartment on a beautiful Victorian street in Dalston-Stoke Newington for ONE month from December - £350pw or £1300pm. Bills are already included in rate, no additional costs, no agent fees etc:).

Large by east-London standards and AVAILABLE ANYTIME FROM 1ST OF DECEMBER 2019 TO JAN 2020. Shorter nightly/weekly rentals also possible. Weekly cleaning is organised at a rate of £24/session. THE FLAT:

Modern-outfitted bathroom with a large bath tub, attached shower head and amazing water pressure with instant hot water (no more waiting in the cold!), and electric heater to warm the towels. Heating throughout apartment, as well as a separate spacious bright and airy full-carpeted Bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed, and built-in wardrobe storage.

THE LOCATION:
📌Located right off Super-hip Stoke Newington road (2mins walk) and Kingsland High Street (5mins walk), full of cool cafes and eclectic shops, supermarkets, pharmacies etc - everything you need is right at your doorstep🏡.

Stoke Newington High Street and fashionable chic Church Street boutiques, brunch spots, coffee bars, and nature parks are also just a block away in the other direction - so you are essentially right smack between BOTH fantastic neighbourhoods of Dalston and Stokey😍. Near popular Hackney downs Park, London Fields Broadway market area, Bethnal Green, etc.

TRANSPORT:
📌Three excellent tube stations are located closeby: DALSTON KINGSLAND (10min walk), DALSTON JUNCTION overground (15min walk) — both with connections to main Victoria and Jubilee Lines that bring you directly to central London.
