Lovely 5 week sublet available

Hiya, our landlord is selling up but one of us needs to move out sooner, so this room is up for grabs for a 5 week sublet. It’s a really lovely Victorian terraced house on a leafy street halfway between Dalston and Stoke Newington. Around the corner is Newington Green with buses that go literally everywhere and Dalston Junction/Kingsland are close by too to take you wherever you wanna go. Basically it’s the best location in London 😉

You’ll be with me, a 25 year old media person and G, a 27 year old artist. We don’t bite and have an epic collection of different teas to try. Big living and dining room but the kitchen is a bit on the small side. There’s a patio out the back to eat your breakfast in the sunshine if you want! One bathroom with a bath/shower but there’s never a queue. And there’s room to store bikes inside as well.
