Hey, We are Lucy and Jak working professionals. We are a chilled, clean and sociable household. We like to occasionally watch tv shows and cook together, have a cheeky drink or go to the pub for a few. We are not a party house but we have the occasional bbq on out spacious patio and party for the odd special occasions. Landlord is selling the house but process has just started so there will be flat viewings for the next few months. House sale will not complete before 31 Jan 2025 so there is at least 6 months rental available. House may also sell to investor in which case tenants may not have to leave.
