Large double room in Dalston

Unfortunately, our housemate is leaving us and her room will be available from mid-February but potentially a bit earlier.

It’s a big double room in a 3 bedroom flat share with one bathroom and a modern kitchen. The building has a big communal terrace and a concierge. No living room.

We are looking for a friendly, positive person that is clean and likes to have a chat/drink with us here and then, so to maintain a nice house vibe. The flat is perfectly located behind the high street in between Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland (both 1 minute walk).

Federico works in his art studio and also part time in a furniture shop and I work as a freelance illustrator/photographer as well as working in retail.
