Hello, my flatmate is moving out at the end of the month and leaving me to find someone new!

I live in a two-bedroom, one-bath house with a good-sized kitchen and living room.

Looking for somebody preferably over the age of 22,

Who doesn't work from how ( as most days I do), someone who's quiet, relaxed, minds their own business, but doesn't mind going to the pub or watching a movie together every now and then.
