Small Double Room in Dalston Available Immediately

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room for the next 1-3 months (flexible with dates).

It’s a lovely warehouse flat situated behind Beyond Retro. There are corner shops and transport right outside, with Dalston Kingsland/ Junction a 10-minute walk away. You’ll be sharing with four other lovely flatmates who all have creative backgrounds (Illustrator, Tailor, Weaver and Tattoo artist)

The rent is £488.80 plus Deposit of £600. There are no agency fees or contract as you’ll be taking over my room.

The only downfall is that none of the bedrooms has windows, however the skylight windows in the studio lounge more than make up for the lack of sunlight.

We have a shared kitchen and bathroom, not to mention a very large lounge where we all share desk space and have social dinners together.

My room comes furnished with everything you probably need (Bed, Mattress, Drawers, area for hanging clothes and a couple of storage cabinets.

We need to be safe during this time, so if you are genuinely interested in taking the room, let us know, and we will arrange for a Skype and Facetime viewing.
