Beautiful Warehouse Apartment in Dalston!

Located in Olympic House between Dalston and Stoke Newington and a stones throw from Hackney Downs. We have 24 hour on site security in the building.

The flat has great heating (radiators) so is warm in winter and cool in summer. The huge windows in the flat overlook a small green so the living room and both bedrooms get a tonne of natural light. Big, open, fully equip kitchen with gas hobbs, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Oh yeah, and two amazing and social Bengal cats.

The flat is fully furnished with my furniture.

Bills are £180 per month (on top of £900 rent) - breakdown per person as follows
- council tax £63
- electric and gas £30
- water £20
- Fibreoptic WiFi £14.50
- cleaner (once per fortnight) £48
- TV stuff £7.50 (TV licence/Netflix/NowTv/Amazon Prime/Apple TV)
- Peloton and Les Mills Online £0 (that’s on me!)

I am a 35 y/o NZ corporate lawyer (please don’t hold it against me, I definitely don’t fit the mould but it pays the bills, you know). I am a clean, very easy going, generous and respectful flatmate, I enjoy wine (and most other alcoholic beverages), food (especially cheese and Vietnamese), I like to cook but if am honest it’s mostly Deliveroo given my hours at work..., tag rugby, cycling, socialising with flatmates and friends - I won’t bring a party home but more than happy to get involved if my flatmate is up for it and very tolerant of whatever is going on in the flat. I tend to have a social cigarette with a wine on occasion but more than happy to keep that filthy habit outside the flat if preferred...
