The flat has recently been refurbished. I think it would be fairly accurate to say that much time is spend there as in the living room which gets plenty of sunlight. There’s also a balcony perfect for lounging during summer (that is, if you would not rather go barbecuing at London Fields!).

More details about the area: It is really well connected with two different overground lines less than a ten minute walk away in either direction. To one side we have Hackney Central/Downs, Broadway Market, and London Fields, and to the other side is Dalston Junction. There are connecting buses also to central London and important connecting points like Shoreditch High Street and Liverpool Street Station. Basically we are between two high streets with lots of nightlife spots, restaurants and other amenities.
